End User License Agreement

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which detail how we collect, use, share, and store your personal information. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use our Services. You can terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use our Services.
  2. Services: This Agreement applies to RightMatch AI's platform and related services, including AI-powered interviews and assessments. It governs your use whether you are a registered user ("Member") or an unregistered user ("Visitor").

  1. Service Eligibility: To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum age required by applicable law. By agreeing to this Agreement, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
  2. User Conduct: You agree to use the Services in accordance with the law and our guidelines. This includes providing accurate information, not sharing your account, and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  3. Data and Privacy: Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal data is collected, used, and shared. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices.

  1. Grant of License: Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use the Services for illegal purposes.
  2. Your License to RightMatch: You retain ownership of the content and information you provide to RightMatch AI. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, copy, modify, distribute, and process that content as needed to operate the Services.
  3. Service Availability: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific content or feature, and we are not responsible for any data loss or damage resulting from such actions.
  4. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including software, logos, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content), are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use any intellectual property from the Services without our prior written consent.
  1. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
  1.  Warranty: The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.
  2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, or $1000.

  1. Termination by RightMatch AI: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services and delete any content obtained from the Services.
  2. Survival of Terms: Certain provisions of this Agreement will remain in effect after termination, including those related to intellectual property, limitations of liability, and any other provisions that should survive by their nature.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
  2. Entire Agreement: This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us concerning your use of the Services.
  3. Amendments: We may modify this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes, and your continued use of the Services after such notice will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
